Kristi Cobb

Off the clock, Kristi recharges with tennis, a good book, and watching just about any sport on TV. She grew up performing in plays and musicals, played volleyball, and now channels that energy into raising three incredible kids—with one in tech, one in finance, and one heading to college for early education and soccer. She’s also a big fan of red wine, eating out, and planning her next vacation (preferably with a cruise involved). With A caring Husband, two cats, and two dogs her house is full of personality, With years of experience and a sharp eye for detail, Kristi is our go-to for transforming transforming financial chaos into success stories.

Kristen Griffin

Kristen is known for her kindness, follow-through, and uncanny ability to bring calm to even the messiest financial storms. Don’t let that sweet smile fool you—she can wrestle a tax deadline into submission like a champ. She’s a working mom of three and a loving wife, and her real superpower? Juggling clients, numbers, and laundry without dropping a beat. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her recharging with her kids—pool days, arcade runs, hikes, or bowling nights, she’s always game. Her guilty pleasure? Real Housewives and all the trash TV she can stream, because after a week of handling everyone else’s drama, she deserves a little chaos that isn’t hers. She might not have pets, but she does have a “furry friend” at the office. We’ll let you ask her about that one.

Stephen Bright

Stephen knows how to land a tax strategy hit—and we’re not just saying that because he boxes in his free time. When he’s not building smart, profitable solutions for clients, you’ll find him hiking or grilling with his family, collecting vinyl records, or throwing jabs in the boxing gym. He’s a proud dog dad to Skylar and loves taking annual fishing trips to Canada with his family. Stephen is straightforward, sharp, and doesn’t sugarcoat a thing—but he’ll still have you laughing while he slices through financial chaos like it’s brisket.

Katelyn Branigan

Determined, crafty, and always ready to learn, Katelyn loves trying out new projects—especially crochet—and spending time with her dog. A lifelong Dolly Parton fan and Friends binge-watcher, she can’t resist good French fries and an ice-cold Dr. Pepper. Fun fact: she spent years in competitive cheerleading growing up! Her dream trip? Santorini, Greece. At work, Katelyn brings diverse tax experience and is excited to keep building her bookkeeping skills to better support clients.

Kenyon Del Valle

Kenyon brings both brains and creativity to the team—balancing sharp strategy with a love for all things sci-fi, storytelling, and the occasional chaotic dice roll. When he’s not working his accounting magic, you’ll find him deep in a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, watching horror flicks with friends, or adding to his Lego Star Wars collection (yes, it’s impressive). A proud dog dad to Karma the pitbull and Max the rottweiler. Kenyon blends precision, imagination, and just the right amount of attention to detail to help our clients thrive.

Kathryn Elliot

Kat brings calm to financial chaos with the same energy she brings to a jigsaw puzzle—steady, focused, and kind of obsessed. She’s not just great with numbers—she thrives on solving them. Whether it’s a complicated ledger or a sudoku grid, she’s your girl.

When she’s not in the zone, Kat’s out exploring the country with her boyfriend and their two pups, Remi and Ruger. Yep, she’s living the camper life full-time, hiking new trails and soaking up new experiences every weekend. She’s a gym regular, a coffee snob in the best way, and deeply devoted to her four pets, three brothers, and a small army of nieces and nephews she absolutely adores.

Jodi Goodwin

Jodi is the definition of dedication—balancing spreadsheets, parenting, CPA studies, and 5AM CrossFit like it’s just another Tuesday. A perfectionist at heart, she’s laser-focused on earning her CPA and delivering clean, accurate work that makes clients feel seen and supported. Outside the numbers, Jodi recharges with long walks on Woodstock trails, retro movie nights, Pinterest scrolls, and ninja-level cuddling with her two cats. She’s also a proud mom to a track & Powerlifter teen athlete, and shares a twin-bond that crosses state lines. Her quirks? lifelong love for The Legend of Zelda

(she’s just postponing saving Hyrule until after the CPA exam).

Susan Black

Susan is the definition of doing it all—and making it look good. When she’s not guiding clients through our services with ease and clarity, she’s flipping houses, reinventing furniture, and offering business advice like it’s second nature. Her recharge menu includes golf, boating, wineries, retail therapy, and the occasional crime show binge. She’s a proud mom of a great family that includes her husband, two boys, and three adorable Pomeranians. Whether it’s at work or on the water, Susan brings confidence, compassion, and just the right amount of glam to the Paragon crew.

Kevin Malenius

When he’s not solving complex problems and crushing numbers, Kevin is all about sports, gaming, and good food. You can catch him hanging out with friends, usually playing basketball, wiffle ball, or disc golf—or racking up wins in Call of Duty. Pizza and burgers are his ultimate fuel (he swears he could eat them every day). At home, he hangs with his two pups—a chocolate lab and a shih tzu-poodle mix.

His big dream? Earning his CPA and helping business owners like a pro.

John Drawdy

John is the brains behind the beast—founder of Paragon and the guy who makes financial strategy feel like both a superpower and a contact sport. He’s part spreadsheet wizard, part Pathfinder master, and fully obsessed with helping business owners not just survive, but build something they can brag about.
When he’s not leading the team or mapping out tax-saving battle plans, you’ll find him hanging with his wife and two daughters, cheering from the sidelines at dance and chorus events, or letting his Great Pyrenees, Beau, run the house with indoor zoomies. His guilty pleasures? Pop-Tarts, bourbon cream in coffee, and aggressively reorganizing his iTunes by genre (yes, it absolutely matters).

Rachel Rollins

Rachel keeps the wheels turning at Paragon and somehow makes it look effortless. When she’s not running the ops side of the business, she’s busy winning at family game night, throwing darts, or enjoying a good Saturday breakfast outing with her crew. She’s a proud mom to three awesome kids—Anslea, Jack, and Millie—a loving wife to Jesse, and pet parent to Rizzo the dog and two very important African dwarf frogs, Kevin and Larry. Her signature quirk? She speed walks everywhere. Seriously. It’s not a competition… but she’s definitely winning. From strategic leadership to surprise accents at home, Rachel brings energy, focus, and a lot of heart to the Paragon team

Mariya Dianov

Mariya is the mind behind the message—crafting Paragon’s voice with equal parts strategy, story, and spicy rebellion. As Marketing Manager, she brings bold ideas to life, making sure our brand doesn’t just stand out—it stands for something.

Off the clock, you’ll find her deep into gaming, detective shows, kayaking adventures, or strolling through nature. At home, she’s held lovingly hostage by four mischievous, cuddle-needy cats. She loves playing ping-pong, dabbles in sharpshooting, and is a reading addict who somehow finds cleaning…relaxing. When she’s not obsessing over all things Paragon, she’s helping improve her neighborhood through the HOA.

Mischief

Every Lil Mischief begins the same way: with a business owner’s heartfelt wish for success. But when that wish gets overwhelmed—by endless receipts, surprise expenses, mounting debt, and late-night anxiety—it doesn’t bloom into a dream come true. It mutates. It creates a Mischief.

Coy, demanding, and always hungry for moooore, Lil Mischief feeds off neglect, profit, and confusion. Left unchecked, they’ll balloon into something massive—loud, unruly, and greedy enough to bury your peace of mind.

But here’s the secret: when disciplined and fed right, Lil Mischief transforms. He stops sabotaging and starts stacking. Vacations? Profit? Actual calm?

That’s his idea of a treat when things are done right.
